The Biography

Apostle Howard T. Milo

A native of Jamaica Queens, NY, Apostle Milo joined the United States Army in 1988, serving honorably for 21 years. Apostle Milo accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior as a child at H. Kelly’s Temple, Far Rockaway, NY, pastored by his late Grandfather, Reverend Howard E. Kelly. As a teen and young adult, he continually felt the pull of God on his heart and always knew that God had a call on his life.

Apostle Milo is a man who loves and puts God first, devotes his life, heart, and soul to the things of God, and is a true worshiper of God. He became serious about God and the things of God in 1996, when he experienced the near loss of his eldest son. In 2002, he stopped running from God, accepted the call on his life, and became more active in church. Apostle Milo served at Christian Outreach Center, Columbia, SC where he was actively involved in Cell Group Ministry and always taught the Word when the opportunity presented itself.

In 2006, Apostle Milo was licensed as a minister of the Gospel and in 2010, ordained as an Elder by Bishop J. Alan Neal at Agape Christian Faith Center, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Apostle Milo served as Chief Adjutant to Bishop Neal, Youth Pastor, and Department Head for the Helps Ministry which included hospitality, parking lot, ushers, greeters, and treasurer. Additionally, Apostle Milo was responsible for the Convent Care and Baptism Ministries.

From 2012 through 2017, Apostle Milo served as the Chief of Operations at Israel Total Life Ministries. Apostle Milo also served as the Pastoral Assistant in the House of Israel, overseeing five Pastors and various ministries, including serving as the Senior Pastor of one ministry of a church in transition, under the leadership of Bishop Larry D. Palmer, Israel Total Life Ministries, Waldorf, MD.

In 2017, under Senior Pastor Orlando Moore, Apostle Milo served as an Associate Pastor with Word Center Christian Fellowship. From 2017 to present, Apostle Milo has and continues working with the Charles County Department of Social Work Services by assisting with at risk families. In addition, Apostle Milo serves as spiritual counsel to the Commissioner’s Office, District 4, in Charles County, MD.

Apostle Milo formerly served as the Director of International Affairs and Local Missions for Eagles Rock Community of Christian Leaders, in Woodbridge, VA. Serving as the Pastoral Overseer, providing oversight of the missions’ work of a dynamic and expansive Christian network that extends both nationally and internationally with established and flourishing conventional churches throughout the United States, South America, Africa, and Europe, under the apostolic leadership of Bishop Eugene Reeves.

Apostle Milo founded Joshua Evangelistic Association and Ministries, Inc. which was designed to share the Gospel throughout communities across the country and abroad, has now been absorbed by Empowered Life International Ministries, Inc., established in January 2020 after receiving direction from God. Empowered Life’s mission is to empower men and women to walk in the fullness of God’s plan for their lives.

Apostle Milo is also the founder of Zion’s Dwellings which was established to build and support men’s and women’s shelters, group and young adult homes, and unassisted living homes for elderly senior citizens and young adults.

Apostle Milo is currently the 1st Assistant to Apostle Jimmie Reed, founder of Global Manifestation. Under the Apostolic leadership and mentorship of Dr. Jimmie Reed, a Prophet to the nations, Apostle Milo assist in establishing Prophetic Hubs to equip those with a prophetic call of God on their lives to operate in the fullness of the calling. Teaching Biblical Studies on the frequencies of Heaven, Miracles, Signs, and Wonders, showing that God is a God of relationship. Also, studies on the different ways God speaks: Hearing; Sensing; Seeing; through Dreams and Visions; and by a Prophetic Word. Apostle Milo has been married to his beautiful wife, the former Dana Marie Harmic, for 28 years. He has three children, a daughter, Kyana Marie, two sons, Joshua Isaiah and Isaiah Daniel, and one granddaughter, Nyla Janell Brown, and grandson Micah Jay Brown.
