Barry V. Hadley is the Pastor of Transformation Ministries - T3, also known as T3M. Along with his wife, Alfreda Hadley, a modern day Seer and co-founder of the ministry, their most cherished roles are that of Followers of Christ, Spouse and Parent, and Servant Leaders. Pastor Barry’s life in ministry and vocation has focused on serving and protecting individuals, families, and communities; spiritually and professionally developing others; and demonstrating the love of God through practical, everyday life.

The vision of T3M is to become a vibrant, disciple-making community of Believers dedicated to spiritual growth and transforming lives through the love of Jesus Christ. The mission is to teach, train, and transform lives to achieve our God-given potential.
