Pastor Colby and Lady LaToya Hill are the founders and visionary leaders of REAL Church, a thriving ministry in Waldorf, MD. Together, they are passionate about building authentic community, teaching biblical truth, and empowering people to live transformed lives through Jesus Christ.

Pastor Colby is a dynamic communicator and leader, while Lady LaToya serves faithfully alongside him with wisdom, grace, and compassion. In addition to her ministry role, LaToya is the Director of the Goodwill Excel Center, where she helps adults to excel in learning and in life.

Married for nearly 20 years, Pastor Colby and Lady LaToya are the proud parents of three children and are deeply committed to faith, family, and serving their community.
